"Ireland to the Wild West" by Marcus Paul. This is based on his book which is a richly illustrated true account of a romance and adventure of emigration to USA in the 1870s. This starts with the birth of an Irishman in 1846 who emigrates to Philadelphia aged 17 and who moves to the "Wild West" in 1863.

Our regular Meetings are on the fourth Tuesday of the month, in the Bridport United Church Hall in East Street starting at 2pm. Admission is free to members and £2 for non members with tea and biscuits provided after the meeting.
